Club Statement
Long Melford Football Cub are very saddened to announce the death of their esteemed Chairman, Geoff Thomas, who after a short illness died at home in the presence of his family at 1900 hours on Monday January 13th, 2025.
The Club offer their sincere and best wishes to all his family. Details relating to the funeral will be announced later.
In the interim Club Secretary Russell Meekings and Club Hon President Richard Kemp, will take over the many roles served by Geoff.
