Mixed results over Easter

There were mixed fortunes for Long Melford’s teams over the Easter period.

On Saturday the First Team’s winning run was ended by Dereham Town [MATCH REPORT]

However, David Hennessey’s side bounced back on Easter Monday to win 2-1 at Woodbridge Town.

The goals came from Santi Davies and Will Wingfield (pen).

Meanwhile the U23’s were 1-0 winners on Wednesday evening at home to Holland FC.
