Narrow midweek defeat

Clarence Emeh scored the Long Melford goal in Wednesday’s 2-1 home defeat against Hadleigh United.

Despite the result it was an improved performance compared to the previous two heavy home defeats against Thetford and Walsham.

Up next it’s a long journey to Harleston Town tomorrow while the U23’s are also on the road away to Stowmarket Town. So there’s no football at the Skyline Networks Stadium this weekend.
