Player retention update
Next up on the retained list are the following seven players.
HASSAN ALLY: Fans’ favourite with over 200 appearances to his name, along with 33 goals and many more assists.
LEWIS BRENNAN: Joined last season from Wivenhoe and quickly established himself in the midfield engine room making 25 appearances.
FREDERICO DENDE: Last summer’s arrival from Stowmarket brought added creativity to the forward line with Fred’s pace and skill making him an instant hit with the supporters.
CHARLIE HOLMES: Switched from midfield to right back last season and cemented his place starting 31 matches. Scored his first Step 5 goal in the home win against Walsham.
SAM NEWTON: Enjoyed a very solid season at left back making 31 starts after returning from Cornard last summer.
DEKLYN ROY: A commanding presence at the heart of the defence Dek’s leadership qualities proved invaluable last season.
WILL WINGFIELD: A club legend approaching his 300th senior appearance with 60 goals to his name after progressing from the Under 18s.
