LMFC joins 12th Man campaign
Long Melford FC has joined the 12th Man project.
The aim of the 12th Man is to help men talk about their mental health.
It’s often difficult for us as men to talk about our mental health and well-being. Sometimes the toughest battles are the ones that rage in our own heads.
It’s important to know that you’re not alone and that it really is OK not to be OK.
