Casper our lucky mascot!
A special guest brought Long Melford a change of fortune on Saturday.
Casper aged 10 lives in Northampton but is a keen supporter of The Villagers.
He proved to be a lucky mascot for the team when they took on league leaders Gorleston.
It was a well-deserved victory for the home side, with Jamie Griffiths scoring the winner.
Casper was impressed with the team’s performance and the welcome he received.
