Clubhouse update: the home straight

After 4 ½ years we are finally on the home straight in being able to present a brand new club house and community hub in the centre of our village.

Interior works are progressing very well with first fix electrics (including CCTV, fire and intruder alarms) in place, first fix plumbing is also complete.

Interior plasterboard is progressing well with plastering due to start imminently, exterior rendering is also imminent if it ever stops raining!

We are on course to have the majority of the build complete by the end of July/early August and the current plan is officially open across the Bank Holiday Weekend, 27 – 29 August.

It is with huge thanks to Kevin and Olivia at KHA and the team of contractors working on this dream that have got us to this point, not long to go now…
