Latest Clubhouse Update

Build progress continues on schedule with completion still looking good for the end of July 2021.

As you will have seen from recent photos, the external cladding is now complete and waiting to be rendered. All external windows and doors are in place and we just await the sliding servery windows to be installed.

The main works are currently focussed on the internal finish with first fix wiring completed and the floor insulation is nearing completion ready for the under floor heating system and screed to be laid over the next couple of weeks. This will be followed first fix plumbing and internal plaster boarding.

Demolition of the next section of the old club house is due to commence shortly along with excavation works to link the new build into the main drainage system.

Once complete the new build will be known as ‘The Melford’ and we hope to welcome you all in early August 2021, ready for the new season.
