Our Condolences
Sadly we report the death of former Long Melford FC player John Codling who died June 21st at his home in the village.
A skilful midfield player John was born in Long Melford and played for some four seasons at Stoneylands.
His family had a long history of attachment to LMFC with his father Frederick Codling a Club stalwart for many years.
The Club offer their condolences to the family at this sad time.
